Yoga Flow

Yoga Flow is designed to rejuvenate and invigorate your body and mind. A flowing asana practice designed to work out the body, Yoga Flow is a wonderful answer for those looking for their weekly exercise fix.

With a focus on proper breathing techniques, you will not only build strength and flexibility in the body, but also in mind and spirit. This form is suitable for those with some yoga experience.

Gentle Yoga

A gentle approach to yoga, the class connects you to your body’s wisdom through the use of breathing, warm-ups, special postures (Asanas), relaxation, and simple meditation. Stretches, tones, develops balance and co-ordination and improves your strength and flexibility. Suitable for beginners, seniors or simply those looking for a relaxing treat.
 

Instructor's profile

Adele has been practicing yoga for six years. After receiving her teaching certificate from the Vivenkananda Yoga Centre, Bangalore, India, in 2004, she has been actively teaching locally, and recently, in Malaysia.

To date, she has taught at the Istana, the Public Service Division (PSD), Centre for Strategic Infocomm Technologies (CSIT), Hewlett Packard Singapore (HP), the Republic of Singapore Yacht Club (RSYC), and more.

She integrates various styles of yoga, including Power Yoga (Bryan Kest), KR Yoga (Davidi), and Hatha Yoga (Sri Manoj Thakur - Vivenkananda Yoga Centre) into her teaching.
