Adele has been practicing yoga
for six years. After receiving her teaching certificate
from the Vivenkananda Yoga Centre, Bangalore,
India, in 2004, she has been actively teaching
locally, and recently, in Malaysia.
To date, she has taught at the
Istana, the Public Service Division (PSD), Centre
for Strategic Infocomm Technologies (CSIT), Hewlett
Packard Singapore (HP), the Republic of Singapore
Yacht Club (RSYC), and more.
She integrates various styles of
yoga, including Power Yoga (Bryan Kest), KR Yoga
(Davidi), and Hatha Yoga (Sri Manoj Thakur - Vivenkananda
Yoga Centre) into her teaching. Through her teachings,
Adele believes that everyone can experience the
beautiful yogic art of healing and living to experience
inner Bliss.
As Adele engaged more in her yoga
teaching career, it offered her an open perspective
to see yoga as a healing art that extended beyond
the physical benefits. She started to explore
various healing modalities, including meditation,
oracle cards and flower essences in her work to
heal and awaken the spirituality in everyone.
Recently, she has also extended her work to children
as she engages them in playtime yoga to learn
and experience the fullness that life can offer.
Namaste…
As with most spiritual journeys, there is no
beginning and no end. It’s about the realization
and awareness of one’s spirituality in every moment
of our lives. As a young girl, I have always been
very introspective and sensitive to my own feelings
about myself, other people and the environment,
through observation of the things happening around
me.
My biggest turning point in my life was in 2005
when I lost my grandpa to a hospital viral infection
nad my grandma to cancer. Deeply devastated, I
was so angry with myself, I felt that there must
have been something I could have done to help
them but at that moment I felt totally powerless
against the situation. Do you understand the feeling,
that there should have been something I could
have done but I wasn’t aware of how to do it?
The feeling went really deep inside me and I was
determined to learn alternative healing, I just
couldn't trust in hospitals and western drugs
anymore!
And so my quest as a healer began. For me, life
had no room for any more excuses, I just wanted
to do whatever my heart feels, without worrying
about how I’m going to take care of my expenses.
I took up an energetic healing modality and during
this course, I discovered during the last hour
that I was able to feel my own chakras spinning!
You can say it was quite an amazing experience
as it got me totally believing in healing energies
and how it could help heal the body of physical
and emotional pain. Somehow, during my chakra
spinning, I must have ‘opened up’ my dormant third
eye chakra, which was also my sense of intuition
or sixth sense in a clairvoyant way that I could
also see the energetic imprints of animal spirit
guides. I was transformed!
Armed with this newfound awareness and belief
of the esoteric realm, my next big break was to
set up a new holistic and yoga space now known
as Faerie Forestrie with three other partners.
Since then, I went through a myriad of experiences,
ups and downs and met many people on their spiritual
quests. I was lovingly guided by the Divine to
expand my knowledge and consciousness through
meditation and many other various healing modalities,
including Shamanic journeying, Past Life Regression
and many more. My life was never the same again
when I integrated all these learning into my consciousness.
One of my biggest transformations occurred during
one of my spiritual retreats in the beautiful
Himalayans of Nepal in 2008, a sacred power spot
on Earth, I felt a tremendous change in my energy
levels during an initiation, the message from
my spiritual guide was that I have re-awakened
my gifts of clairvoyance and using my voice to
heal. I was positively elated as I had always
loved to sing, and it was true! My toning became
smooth and powerful as I could hold my breath
for longer periods of time. Those who have attended
my healing sessions (tonal alchemy) would have
experienced the transformative and penetrative
healing power of my voice.
Together with my beloved partner Izad, in late
2008, I was guided to Sufism and a year later,
we were initiated into the Sufi path by taking
hand with a Sufi Master, becoming travelers in
the mystical path of love. We have also set up
LOVEHEARTS, a consultancy service for
relationships issues and more. The rest is history.
“Thank you for taking the time to read about
me and know who I am. Dedicated to serving humanity
and sharing love and wisdom with all the souls
who come into my life, I truly envision a world
without illness and suffering, only LOVE for all
my fellow travellers on Earth, including plants,
minerals and animals. I am connected to all our
elemental friends and everything in the Universe
and may all of us walk our path of spiritual evolution
in loving oneness with God. Blessings to all!”

"Open
your heart and the miracles in life will unfold..."
Since young, when most of my peers
were either busy with their schoolwork or hanging
out with their friends, I was more interested
in spirituality. From the age of seven, besides
attending lessons in a secular school, my mother
also sent me to a nearby mosque for religious
classes. Due to my inquisitive nature, I developed
an early interest in learning more about the other
major religions such as Christianity, Buddhism,
etc. As such, I gained a better understanding
of the wisdom and essence found in each and every
tradition.
I have always being very intuitive
from a young age and my spiritual re-awakening
begun in July 2007. Like a jigsaw puzzle, some
of my life purposes are revealed slowly and beautifully,
which led me to be more aware of my gifts. In
early 2008, to gain a better understanding of
the ‘New Age’ movement, I attended a workshop
at one of the New Age centres in Singapore and
went for a group spiritual retreat in Nepal after
that.
Together with my beloved partner
Gisella, in late 2008, I was guided to Sufism
and a year later, we were initiated into the Sufi
path by taking hand with a Sufi Master, becoming
travelers in the mystical path of love.
I believe that most of the suffering
and sickness in this world are not of a material,
but of a spiritual nature and true healing lies
in the purification of our hearts and souls, in
removing the veils which cover our hearts. Only
through the total surrender to the Will of God
can we hope to attain true freedom and peace.
In this way we may also come to understand and
know of our true life purpose and of what the
Creator has given to each of us when we were created
and brought into this world.
